What we do

Agentic Resources

We design custom AI agents to make life and work easier for you. Imagine a team of highly intelligent, personal assistants acting as your second brain, giving you answers to difficult questions or simply providing research and advice to help you make better decisions. Always on, loyal and deployed to keep running 24/7 — even while your competition sleeps.

Private AI Infrastructure

The stack behind your agents belongs to you. We design it and install it so you can leverage the power of AI without renting it or handing over data to someone else. Your hardware, your keys. No permission needed to access, edit or make changes to your system. An end-to-end, secure solution to maintaining personal, client and corporate privacy.

Increase productivity

10X Automate any repetitive task. No limits. Create as many agents as you need.

What agents do

01

Research & Briefing

Ask a hard question and get an answer with the work shown. Your agents read what you have no time to read, and come back with the part of it that matters to you.

02

Reports & Routines

The work that comes round every week because somebody has to do it. Hand it over once, in your own words, and it runs itself from then on.

03

Monitoring & Alerts

Some things can't wait until the morning. Your agents watch your inbox, accounts, systems and competitors around the clock, and alert you the moment something needs a decision.

Meet your new agents

Morning brief

Overnight your agent reads the news, the inbox and the numbers, and leaves one page on your desk.

Contract review

Terms, dates and obligations pulled out of the PDF, with the clauses worth arguing about flagged.

Competitor watch

Prices, launches and listings tracked daily. You hear about the change, not about the checking.

Inbox triage

Sorted, summarised, and answered where the answer is obvious. The rest waits with a draft.

Research sweep

A hard question in, a briefing out, with its sources attached so you can check the work.

Recurring reports

The weekly report written from the systems it comes out of, and delivered before the meeting.

Records and systems

Rows moved between systems overnight, matched and reconciled, with the exceptions listed.

Meeting prep

Who you are meeting, what they last said and what has changed since, on a page beforehand.

Follow-ups

Every thread chased on your behalf until it closes, politely, and on your own terms.

Anomaly alerts

It holds the dashboards and the feeds, and speaks up only when something is worth your time.

Call notes

Every call written up while it is still warm, with what was agreed and who owes what.

Invoice chasing

Unpaid invoices followed politely, on a schedule, until the money is in the account.

Expense checks

Receipts read, coded and matched to the card line, with anything odd set aside for you.

Lead research

Every new name looked up before you call: what they do, what they raised, who they know.

Support triage

Tickets read, sorted and answered where the answer is written down, escalated where it is not.

Document drafting

The first draft written to your own templates, so what you do is edit rather than start.

Compliance watch

The rules that apply to you, watched for change, with the change explained in your terms.

Data cleanup

Duplicates merged, fields filled and formats fixed, on the record rather than in a spreadsheet.

Travel planning

Routes, times and rooms compared and booked to your preferences, with the diary updated.

Vendor comparison

Quotes read side by side on the terms that matter, with the difference set out plainly.

Hiring screens

Applications read against the brief, shortlisted with reasons, and the rest answered kindly.

Onboarding packs

Accounts, access and the reading list ready on day one, and checked off as they are done.

Knowledge base

What the team keeps asking, written down once, kept current, and cited back when asked again.

Social listening

Your name, your rivals and your market watched across the feeds, with the noise left out.

Renewal alerts

Contracts and subscriptions tracked to their notice dates, so nothing renews by accident.

Stock and supply

Levels watched against what sells, with an order drafted before the shelf is empty.

Deadline tracking

Every commitment held in one place, chased ahead of time rather than reported after it.

Weekly numbers

The figures pulled, checked against last week, and the change explained in two sentences.

Client updates

The update your client would have chased you for, written and sent before they do.

Handover notes

What happened while you were away, what is waiting, and what has already been dealt with.

How it works

Start with a 30 minute conversation.

No sales pitch, no pressure. We talk about your business, what you're using and what you want to build.

  1. 01

    Scope of Project

It starts with a 30 minute conversation. Together, we identify your goals, the problems you would like to solve, the technology you currently use, what it costs and how familiar you are with AI technology.

  2. 02

    System Design

Based on your business objectives, we deliver a fully scoped plan and budget to build your AI stack. We can refine the plan before or after implementation to adjust for any change in requirements.

  3. 03

    Build and Deploy

After you approve the plan, we build your private AI infrastructure with open-source tools, one stage at a time. Each stage is deployed as it's finished, so you can see and use parts of your system as they're completed.

  4. 04

    Delivery and Training

Once the build is complete, we hand over the keys, then coordinate a schedule to train you and your team for as long as you need. Every session runs over end-to-end encrypted video conference calls.

  5. 05

    Monitor and Maintain

Run the system yourself, or reach out for support at any time. We can monitor for items that need attention and handle maintenance, upgrades and check‑ins on a schedule that suits you.

About us

Who we are

A small team of engineers who build and run AI systems for businesses that would rather own them than rent them. We have spent our careers inside the infrastructure other people take for granted, and we bring that to companies who want the same footing without a department to run it.

How we work

Plainly, and in the open. You see what we are building as we build it, you hold the keys to everything we install, and nothing about your business leaves your hardware unless you send it. We would rather make ourselves unnecessary than indispensable.

ALEX REPPEN / CO-FOUNDER

Alex has over 25 years of hands-on experience in data center operations, infrastructure engineering and software development. Alex's background includes designing and implementing Tier III equivalent infrastructure, managing network operations and leading complex technical deployments for enterprise and hyperscale clients. Alex studied Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science and Machine Learning at Clark and Columbia University.

ETIENNE BERNSTEIN / CO-FOUNDER

Etienne spent 25 years in private and retail banking, mostly at Wells Fargo and Bank of America. He has experienced legacy systems, migrations and countless, unproductive portals. He started using open-source software in 2017 to build his own applications to solve banking, marketing and research problems. Etienne studied American Literature at Tufts University and Japanese at the International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan. He lived in Tokyo for six years while starting his banking career at Credit Suisse First Boston.

(Etienne was born and raised in NYC and lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn with his wife and two teenage boys.)
